Working with Kingdom Sound & Lighting means you have a partner. We stand by our sales, installation, equipment and service. When you purchase from us, the burden of getting repairs and replacements falls squarely on us. This type of service is one of the tenants of our company and we take tremendous pride in it.
If an organization has a piece of gear purchased from us and there's a problem, we guarantee that system will be up and running in time for the next weekend service. Even if you call on Friday night or Saturday night, we'll do everything possible to make it work.
A Kingdom staff member is always available, via pager, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We give our emergency cell phone numbers to our customers, and we have an 800 number.
We also regularly check in with our customers a week after the system is installed and complete to make sure everything's okay and just touch base with them.
Our service is the base on which the rest of our company is built. We strive to prove that by our actions.
