    As soon as you start to think about working with a new sound, lighting, video, or digital signage system, you really need to consult with an expert. Let us help you plan the project so you're happy with the results and don't waste money.

    We've already hired a professional architect for our new building. Why do we need to talk with Kingdom Sound & Lighting too?
    We encourage you to have your architect contact us very early in the process. An experienced architect understands the importance of working with professionals who understand sound systems and room acoustics. Fortunately, with our reputation, we're now often called by architects and asked to make recommendations regarding systems.

    Occasionally, people think they don't have to worry about the systems because "that's the last thing that goes in." They end up with a design that doesn't include any conduit runs for audio and other crucial facets. It can end up being a very painful process, and we really feel for our customers because they didn't get good advice.

    Sometimes the amount of infrastructure that needs to be included is tough for the church to understand, and they sometimes think we're overselling them. Our objective is to help them understand they will be very disappointed if they don't follow our recommendations, and that they'll likely have to spend a lot more money solving the problem later as opposed to doing things correctly from the start.

    We can find equipment that is less expensive. Why should we buy the equipment from Kingdom Sound & Lighting?
    In order to optimize your venue's system, you need more than "cheaper" equipment. You need exactly what Kingdom Sound & Lighting is all about! We provide high quality product at a reasonable price with unparalleled service … it's all part of the package.

    Catalog houses make it difficult in this regard, and some of them specifically target churches and schools. They buy semi-truck loads of gear and thus receive quantity discounts, which we can't do. So our per-unit price is invariably a bit higher. But, quite frankly, the differences in our equipment prices, in relation to other outlets, aren't all that huge.

    And, when a customer purchases from us, the burden of getting repairs and replacements falls squarely on us. We stand behind everything we sell, but we don't stand behind products we don't sell. If we sold you the equipment, we'll service the console and provide a free loaner while it is being serviced.

    When you purchase from a catalog house and there's a problem, you send the equipment back to the catalog house, which in turn has to ship it to the manufacturer for repair, then it's shipped back to the catalog house and finally returned to the customer. It's a process that can take six to eight weeks, and that's a long time to be without a console or to have to pay to rent a suitable replacement!

    New technology can be difficult to learn and sometimes overwhelming. How can we be sure we'll be able to handle what you install for us?
    We're here to serve you, and we won't set you up with a new system and then leave you hanging. We'll make sure you're able to achieve the objectives of why you chose to install that new system in the first place.

    We've taken an approach of supplying demo systems, showing how to use the system and then leaving it with the church over a weekend. This makes a big difference in their understanding. Plus, if you purchase your new system through Kingdom Sound & Lighting, you automatically receive two free training sessions to make sure you can handle your new system.

    What kind of emergency support system does Kingdom Sound & Lighting offer?
    If you've purchased equipment from us and there's a problem, we guarantee that your system will be up and running in time for the next weekend service. Even if you call on Friday night or Saturday night, we'll do everything possible to make it work. A Kingdom Sound staff member is always available, via pager, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We give our cell phone numbers to our clients and we have an 800 number.
